Leading off the dining area is the large kitchen which is very well equipped.
Double bedroom leading off the lounge (180cm bed). Double bedroom with open plan shower room (180cm bed). Bedroom with twin beds, a further single bed and wash basin. Bathroom. 2 separate toilets.

Ground floor annexe suite :
Double bedroom (140cm bed), shower room with toilet, sitting room, kitchenette, sitting area and TV, patio doors to the terrace. A convertible settee offers more variation in the sleeping configuration, but the maximum capacity remains 9 people.

Exterior :
Terrace with dining furniture. Lounge furniture and play area on the sandy ground above. Solar shower (ideal for washing off after the beach). Off-road parking for 2 cars (charging point for electric vehicles – charging VE). Further free parking in available in the residential road behind.
